SHARYLAND - The Sharyland Diamondbacks are heading to the state tournament – the land of the final four – this week in Round Rock, and they did it in spectacular
Jimmy Lee, wearing a Sharyland hat and red pants, dusted the competition and defended his title at the Region IV-5A golf tournament at Palm View Golf Club in McAllen. Playing the best golfers from San Antonio and everywhere south of it, Lee shot a two-day 136 (he was 1-under-par through the first 13 holes, meaning he was a stunning 7-under on the last 23) to win the title again and he will be heading to the state tournament later this month.
