The Olympics goats

Usually when one thinks about Olympics goats one pictures an American athlete falling down during a performance or race. In this case, however, I’d like to focus on some actual goats that have been affected by the Sochi Olympics. You may have heard about the yellow water (or water interruptions) in at least some hotels, manhole covers missing on walkways, side-byside toilets without any wall in between, missing doorknobs, and an assortment of other glitches caused because government (rather than the private sector) was responsible for the preparations.
