HOWARD HAROLD ROYDER
EDINBURG – Howard Harold Royder, 69, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at his residence in Edinburg. Born in Edinburg, Mr. Royder had lived there all of his life. Howard was also a US Army Veteran. He is preceded in death by his parents, Horace Royder and Leona Sustr. Mr. Royder is survived by four daughters, Edna Mendez of Round Rock, Stephanie Davila of Grand Prairie, Monica Aguilera of Mansfield, Erica Royder Kierstead of Green Valley, Arizona; ex-wife, Mary Rios; nine grandchildren; three brothers, Jerry Royder of Bryan, Francis Royder of Lufkin, Rodney Royder of Edinburg; and a sister, Elizabeth Lyssy of Edinburg; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation was held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Dec. 9, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Cremation took place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg. Interment of cremated remains took place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen. Funeral services were under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
