EDINBURG- Alma Alicia Eureste, 57, died Friday, January 27, 2017, at her residence in Edinburg. She is preceded in death by her father, Salvador C. Eureste; a brother, Israel Eureste; and a brother in law, Rene O. Perez. Alma is survived by two children, Jason Lee (Cynthia) Rodriguez of San Antonio, April Gomez of Edinburg; a granddaughter, Sophia Isabella Rodriguez of San Antonio; her mother, Enriqueta T. Eureste of Edinburg; five siblings, Ofelia (Alex) Garza, Jose Luis (Gloria) Eureste, Omelia O. Perez, Salvador (Belinda) Eureste Jr., all of Edinburg, Norma Linda Eureste of Donna; numerous nieces and nephews; the Gonzalez Family from Edinburg; the Eureste Family from Edinburg, the Perez Family from Edinburg, the Ramirez Family from Donna; and the Orona Family from San Antonio; and her loving pet, Rocco. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service Monday, January 30, 2017 and from 3 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 East Canton in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
