San Juan PD looking for serial car thief

San Juan police are investigating two auto thefts that occurred in San Juan, one in July and one in October, which appear to have been committed by the same perp. The first auto theft occurred on July 7th, 2014, while the second occurred Oct. 28th. Video surveillance obtained shows what appears to be the same male subject crossing the vehicle into Mexico. In one of the photos, the male subject appears to be with a female and two children.
