Less than three weeks after two people died in a suspected alcohol-related traffic accident (Nov. 17), another suspected DWI-related accident has claimed another victim: Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Dispatcher Sandra Coronado.

The deadly crash occurred early Sunday when a suspected drunk driver plowed his pickup truck into her vehicle. Crash photos show the truck with moderate damage. Coronado’s vehicle is so mangled, it’s barely recognizable.
