$25k monthly retainer reduced to $7,500

DONNA – Out with the old, and in with the new.

At Donna ISD, the old includes the six board incumbents who were up for re-election last November as well as School Attorney Robert J. Salinas.

The biggest loser has to be Salinas, who was pulling down a monthly retainer of $25,000 and then charging the school district $225 per hour on top of that.
