City’s high-priced filing fee still in place

It would appear that I’m either over-worked, developing early Alzheimers (can’t remember exactly what that is), or I’m losing my touch writing news stories. Maybe all of the above. In the Oct. 19th issue of The Advance, for example, I mistakenly described a federal court hearing related to a lawsuit as a pre-trial endeavor when, in fact, it was a motion for summary judgment.
