Pharr meets with contractor about Jackson Place Apartments

PHARR – The work at Jackson and Sioux Roads continues this week on the 288-public/private partnership apartment complex, and the site’s subcontractor, Total Commitment LLC, which was at the troubled center of last week’s story about the development, remains on the job.
This, despite a city ordinance that stipulates that any company that’s filed a lawsuit against the city or the Pharr EDC, which is what TC did in 2012, won’t be handed city business.
