Donna assistant principal charged with perfume theft

WESLACO -- Donna ISD Assistant Principal Pedro Salinas, 57, is innocent until proven guilty, but nevertheless, he’s facing a Class B misdemeanor theft charge after a J.C. Penney security guard accused him of stealing perfume Saturday, Aug. 15.

Salinas works at Donna North High School, and according to one school source, has proven himself a fine administrator with the district for many years.
