EDINBURG – They say the wheels of justice move slowly. A temporary injunction gets filed, a hearing gets scheduled, and the hearing gets postponed for two weeks. Two weeks go by, the hearing date arrives, the highpriced attorneys show up – and another postponement is agreed to by both sides with the judge’s stamp of approval.
