According to a criminal complaint filed last week in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas, San Juan Police Officer Salvador Hernandez has a whole lot of hurt on his hands unless he can explain how three bundles of cocaine in his possession allegedly went missing.
The feds claim that Hernandez was in custody of 40 bundles of coke seized near the intersection of Moore and S. Stewart roads in San Juan Aug. 27, 2016, after a 911 call was made at approximately 6:50 a.m. reporting an auto accident.
