Three remaining games will draw to an exciting season’s end

When the start of the season came around, probably not too many people circled Oct. 29 - the La Joya at PSJA North football game -- as being one of those district-shaping, season-making or breaking matchups.
A lot of calendars have had some circles added to it, especially in the past week, as the District 30-6A teams prepare to battle Friday at PSJA Stadium for sole possession of second place. The Raiders come into the game with a 4-3 record overall; La Joya is 5-1 overall. Both teams lost to district front-runner PSJA High.
