Rowe volleyball player signs with Western Texas College

Victoria Garcia, a senior at McAllen’s James “Nikki” Rowe High, answers questions from local news media after she signed a letter of intent to play volleyball for Western Texas College Feb. 19 at Rowe gym. A three-year letterman, Garcia earned All-District First Team in the 2013 season. She was also named to the Sharyland Invitational All-Tournament team and was named Most Valuable Player in the Highway 83 Volleyball League.
