Friday’s post-season Raiders game first in nine years

Four teams represented District 30-6A in the playoffs on Friday.

Only PSJA North remains.

Coach Marcus Kaufmann has said since the early part of the year, when his team had a severe case of turnover-it-us, that if they could just hold on to the football, they could beat anyone.

He’s been looking right ever since. The Raiders were 1-3 after four games, the third loss coming in the District 30-6A opener against rival, and future district champs, PSJA, 10-7.
