Korans, prayer rugs, and Middle Eastern money are being found in the desert southwest along illegal immigrant routes. A North Carolina man, Donald Ray Morgan, wanted on federal weapons charges (for possessing a rifle as a felon), was just arrested by the FBI when he got off a plane from Germany. The body builder had lauded ISIS on social media and had purportedly tried to join them. He was denied bail because he had “pledged allegiance to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria on Twitter”. A Rochester New York man, Mufid A. Elgeeh (a naturalized citizen from Yemen) has been arrested for trying to purchase two pistols with silencers in order to kill servicemen returning from the Middle East. The grocery store owner had also provided funds to help smuggle three friends into Syria to fight for ISIS. Approximately 100 Americans are currently in Iraq or Syria in the ISIS terrorist army. Some have died. Others will eventually come home bringing their ideology with them. A federal grand jury is investigating members and former members of a mosque in the Minneapolis suburbs to determine whether Muslims there are being recruited for ISIS. The FBI recently prevented a young man from the group from boarding a plane to Syria and he named a former member as his recruiter.
