JAYNE RODRIGUEZ

SAN JUAN – Jayne Rodriguez, 54, died Saturday, January 21, 2017, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. She is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Ashlyn R. Rodriguez; her parents, Ascencion Bernal Enriquez and Placido Enriquez; and a brother, David Castillo. Jayne is survived by her husband, Martin Rodriguez; two children, Rolando Rodriguez Jr., Renee Rodriguez; five grandchildren, Orlando Garcia, Taylor J. Garcia, Jayden Rodriguez, Arturo Serna Jr., Alayne R. Serna; and eight siblings, Jose Francisco Castillo, Irene Vera, Noe Enriquez, Isabel Ipina, Rolando Enriquez, Felix Enriquez, Jessica Martinez, and Leroy Enriquez. Visitation was held from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Monday, Jan. 23, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service took place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment followed at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services were under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
