HILARIO “LALO” QUEZADA

ALAMO – Hilario “Lalo” Quezada, 66, went home to our Lord Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at his residence in Alamo. Born in Mexico, Mr. Quezada had lived in Alamo most of his life. His family was his number one priority and he took pride in taking care of the people he loved. Hilario was a mechanic most of his life and was an active member of Alamo Fire Department for over 20 years. In 1975, Lalo married the love of his life Leticia. Mr. Quezada will be greatly missed by family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Hilario and Simona Quezada. Hilario is survived by his wife, Leticia Quezada of Alamo; two children, Aurelio (Angelica) Quezada of San Juan and Judith A. Quezada of Alamo; four grandchildren, Zoe, Aleilee, Angelina, Alejandro; and six siblings. Visitation took place from 4 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Friday, March 31, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service took place at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 1, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
