EVARISTO “Buddy” REYNA

Buddy Reyna was born on August 21, 1959 in Edinburg, Tx. to Sabina Reyna Saldaña. He has resided in Bastrop, Tx. for over 20 years. He worked as a General Contractor most of his life but found passion in his softball hobby where he spent lots of time with ghis family and friends.
Buddy passed peacefully from this life on July 10th after a gradual decline in health. He was surrounded and supported by his loving family and caregivers during the last days of his life. He was preceded in ddeath by his son Buddy Reyna and his brother Juan Reyna.
He leaves to cherish his memories: His mother Sabina Reyna Saldaña, his two daughters Sasha Reyna and Selena Reyna, his sisters Cindy Gonzalez and Nancy Saldaña, his brothers Homero Saldaña, Joe Saldaña and Eddie Saldaña, his granddaughter whom was his heart and joy Layla A. Reyna, his partner Misty Billingsley, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.
Buddy was raised in Pharr, Tx., where he attended school until his graduation.
He was a member of the 1971 Bronco All Star team that played in the Division playoffs in Marietta, Georgia.
