Dominga Alicia Mendoza, 69, passed away Friday, Oct 10, 2014 at LifeCare Hospital in McAllen. She is survived by her husband, Reyes M. Mendoza, her six children, Diana Elizondo of Pharr, Jesus “Jesse” Mendoza of Edinburg, Maria Mendoza, Zenon Mendoza, Linda Hernandez and Reyna Mendoza all of Pharr, 14 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Visitation was held on Sunday, Oct. 12 at Skinner Silva Funeral Chapel in Pharr with a Holy Rosary recited in the evening. Funeral Mass was celebrated at 12 Noon on Monday, October 13, at St. Margaret’s Catholic Church in Pharr. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to Dr. Alfredo Gonzalez, Dr. S. Mangi, Dr. S. Behara and to Fresenius Medical Center for the wonderful care given to their mother. Funeral services were entrusted to the care of Skinner Silva Funeral Home of Pharr.
