BILLY “Bibi” SNELL
PHARR – Billy Bibi Snell, 83, passed away on January 12, 2019 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.
Born in Chamal Nuevo, Tamaulipas, Billy lived all of his life in Pharr.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents, William B. and Angelia Snell; his brothers, Roy Snell and Silvestre Franco; and a sister, Gracie Lee Snell.
Billy is survived by his wife, Maria Snell; 11 children, Graciela Snell-Garza of McAllen, Alicia Sendejo of Palm View, Carolina Snell of San Juan, Terry Vasquez of McCook, Daniel Snell of El Paso, Gloria Guevara of San Juan, Irene Gale of San Antonio, Texas, Roy Snell of Edinburg, Abel Snell of San Juan, Texas, Gloria I. Snell and Mariel V. Snell, both of Indiana; two sisters, Clementine Bernal of San Juan and Nellie Sanchez of Mission; 25 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held from 5 - 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. talk Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019 at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
