Unfortunately, those two things are the hardest to come by. In fact, if you were to ask the Food Bank’s executive director,Terri Drefke, if money and manpower are indeed the two hardest things for the Food Bank RGV to come by, she not only answers yes, but she does it with a great deal of conviction: “YES.”
