PHARR – There is this rumor buzzing out and about that there is a financial rift – call it a wide divide -- between the City of Pharr and the Pharr Boys and Girls Club. What has caused the rift, if indeed it exists, has yet to be determined. Doesn’t mean The Advance isn’t trying to uncover the facts.
