Allegedly worked with Edinburg physician in Medicaid scam

To those who know him, Gerardo “Jerry” Jackson has held many jobs over the years, as both a paid employee and community volunteer, organizer; mainly in the Pharr, McAllen, San Juan, and Edinburg areas.

Then he ran into trouble with the law in 2015. He bounced back, but now appears to be in trouble again.
