Pharr EDC and Workforce Solutions to host job fair on Thursday

PHARR – The Pharr Economic Development Corporation and Workforce Solutions have joined forces again this year to host a job fair to help interested jobseekers make connections with local employers, learn about the wide variety of employment opportunities available to them, and ultimately, gain meaningful employment. The job fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 20, at the Boggus Ford Events Center (3000 N. Cage in Pharr).

“We are excited to partner with Workforce Solutions and industry partners to promote opportunities for employment for area residents,” said Pharr Economic Development Corporation Executive Director Victor Perez. “Finding individuals meaningful employment leads to economic success, gets employees contributing to the local and regional economy, and benefits our entire region,” Perez continued.
