ISSAC ZUNIGA

PHARR -- Issac Zuniga, 42, died Friday, December 23, 2016, at his residence in Pharr, surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Paulino Ramirez and paternal grandfather, Eleazar Zuniga Sr. Issac is survived by his parents, Eleazar Jr. and Blanca Zuniga of Pharr; two siblings, Elias (Lori) Zuniga of San Juan, Elisa (Julio) Rodriguez of Austin; maternal grandmother, Aurelia Ramirez of Pharr; paternal grandmother, Alda Zuniga of San Juan; and loving family and friends . Visitation was held Tuesday, Dec. 27, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a 12 noon rosary at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan, followed by a 2 p.m. funeral service at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment followed at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services were under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
