RODOLFO JAVIER RODRIGUEZ

MISSION – Rodolfo Javier Rodriguez, 55, died Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at his residence in Mission. Born in McAllen, Mr. Rodriguez had lived in Mission most of his life. He is preceded in death by a son, Roberto Rodriguez. Rodolfo is survived by his wife, Elma Rodriguez; three children, Rodolfo (Casandra) Rodriguez, Roxanne Rodriguez (Mark Sosa), both of San Antonio, TX, Ruben Rodriguez of Mission; 10 grandchildren, Jasmine, Niomi, Robert, RJ, Angie, Rudy Jr., Destinee, Lean, Kayla, Chloe; his parents, Victor and Carmen Rodriguez; a brother, Hector Rodriguez, all of McAllen; two sisters, Juanita Rodriguez, of McAllen, Lucia (Felipe) Martinez of Dallas, TX. Visitation took place from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Friday, Oct. 28, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service was held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mission. Interment followed at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. Funeral services were under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
