PHARR – Whenever one considers a lawsuit, one has to think not only about the cost and stress involved, but also the time. Lots and lots of time. Did we mention time? Take, for example, the lawsuit involving Laura Ramirez, wife of former Pharr city attorney and current PSJA ISD attorney Rene Ramirez. This incident around which it swirls dates all the way back to February 2012. Four-and-a-half years?
