JESUS E. TREVINO, SR.

EDINBURG – Jesus E. Treviño, Sr., 67, died Saturday, July 16, 2016, at McAllen Medical Center. Born in Green, TX, Mr. Treviño had lived in Edinburg most of his life. He is preceded in death by his parents, Trinidad and Guadalupe Treviño, Sr.; and a brother, Gilberto Treviño. Mr. Treviño is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Margie Treviño; two sons, Ricardo (Nora Linda) Treviño and Jesus Treviño, Jr.; a granddaughter, Cynthia Treviño; eight siblings, Guadalupe (Ester) Treviño, Israel (Lolly) Treviño, Isabel Treviño, Ramiro (Rosie) Treviño, all of Edinburg, Rosie Carreon of San Juan, Luis (Terri) Treviño, Alfredo “Freddy” (Yoli) Treviño, Benny (Martha) Escobedo; a sister-in-law, Sylvia Treviño, all of Edinburg; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary, July 20, at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 21, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in San Carlos. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
