Donna ISD’s Hit List

DONNA – There is a Donna ISD school board election this November, and already the political signs are out in the city, in clear violation of state election law, which stipulates that none can be erected 90 days prior to the date of the election.
Meaning, some Donna ISD political signs are being erected in a somewhat lawless fashion, with complete disregard to state law, but what else is new?
