SAN JUAN – The great philosopher Aristotle once said: “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.”
Four years ago, seven freshmen on the PJSA Lady Bears softball team were exactly that. A bunch of parts. Young inexperienced parts that were thrown together with some upper classman to see what would happen.
