16-month investigation
By G. Romero Wendorf
After approximately 16 months spent investigating allegations of impropriety at Sharyland ISD, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) said last week that its inquiry is complete. Only thing left is to draft its final report and send it to Shary for review. The district will have a certain time frame in which to review TEA’s findings and offer any rebuttal it so deems fit.
The Advance News Journal phoned a TEA spokeswoman this week to ask when the final report will be finalized.
“I have no clue,” she said. No clue? The inquiry, slash, investigation, is complete. How long does it take to write a final report?
