Pharr -- Hundreds of local leaders, business partners, and other community organizations were in attendance as Pharr Mayor Ambrosio Hernandez, M.D., hosted the second annual State of the City Address and Luncheon last Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018. This year’s theme was, “We Built this City.”
