Pharr female employee wants a million bucks?

If Pharr employee Dahlia Cano Ybarra does walk away with a million dollars after accusing her boss, Gary Rodriguez, of sexual harassment, and the city’s alleged inability to stop it, as outlined in a lawsuit filed in the Hidalgo County District Clerk’s Office Oct. 25, she’ll become the envy of a lot of women who’ll start to think: what do I have to do to get sexually harassed? For a million bucks? Be like winning a mini-lotto. In this case, should Ybarra win the $1 million settlement, which would appear to be highly unlikely, based on the limited scope of her allegations, one couldn’t blame her if she’s already going around bragging how she’ll never have to work again.
