Attorney Noe Perez “bribe” sentence scheduled for this Thursday
Noe L. Perez, Jr., the local legal beagle who cooperated with federal prosecutors in their bid to convict former state District Court Judge Rudy Delgado on bribery charges, is scheduled to be sentenced this Thursday in federal court in McAllen. Perez has pled guilty to one count of bribing Delgado, and faces not more than five years in federal prison and not more than $250,000 in restitution.
