Five San Juan police officers recently took the Police Officer’s Civil Service Commission Corporal’s Examination. The results weren’t good. It takes a 70 to pass. The test includes a hundred questions. The highest any of the five officers received was a 56. The other scores were a 53, a 43, a 43, and a 39. The question is: why are the scores so low? To get the answer to that, we called San Juan Police Chief Juan Gonzalez.
