McALLEN – For the Whole Woman’s Health Clinic, right there on the southwest corner of Main and Houston, the last seven months must appear like a roller-coaster ride. First it’s up, then it’s down, then it’s sideways, now it’s closed. Who can keep up? After a new abortion-provider bill was passed by the Texas Legislature in 2013, small abortion clinics such as those operated by Whole Woman’s Health were forced to close down.
