Luisa Montalvo wins Humorous Speech Contest

Luisa Montalvo, President of HUB City Toastmasters Club, won the Toastmasters Division G Humorous Speech Contest, held in San Antonio on October 18. Luisa also won second place in the Division G Table Topics Contest. She will compete in the District 55 Humorous Speech Contest that will be held in Austin in November.
