Judge Jerry Muñoz will waive marriage fees on Valentine’s Day

PHARR — Judge Jaime “Jerry” Muñoz will waive marriage fees for local couples who want to tie the knot on Valentine’s Day at the Justice of the Peace (Precinct 2, Place 2) court in Pharr. Judge Muñoz hopes the daylong event — scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017 — will help low-income couples start their new lives on the right foot.
