Did cartels chase away local border protesters?

The people behind the recent planned border protest have all but disappeared. Not literally, in the being kidnapped sense, but certainly in the figurative sense, considering all of their online sites have disappeared. Well, except for the main one at www.shutdownallports.com. But all that site says is: “PROTEST IS CANCELLED. There has been an unsubstantiated threat of mass violence to attendees, along with very suspicious activity on the Facebook site. These two items are more than enough for me to immediately stop any protest that was going to occur.”
