Speaking about the man Tony Romo is a class act

I’ve been a critic of Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo off and on over the years. Namely,his seeming inability to win the big games. And the big question: why does he toss so many interceptions when a big game is on the line? But I’ve been remiss in not writing before what a true class act the guy is. Namely, the human being inside the player. And it’s for that – being a decent human being — that people should be remembered. Actually, I lived some in the same Wisconsin town in which Romo grew up – Burlington. But I left in 1979 after arriving there in ‘75. Romo was born a year after I left. He would later be the starting quarterback for the Burlington High School football team his junior year in 1996.
