PSJA High’s Luis Mancillas signs with Schreiner University

SAN JUAN – Luis Mancillas, senior at PSJA High School signed a letter of intent to play basketball for Schreiner University in Kerrville, TX this morning. Mancillas is the first in the school’s history to be named Valley MVP for basketball. He also received the 5A District 31 Offensive Player MVP honors, Edcouch Tourney MVP, Mission All-Tourney Team, Team MVP and Team Offensive MVP.
