PSJA football – what happened?

Thank you, Cubs

Before I get to PSJA football, first up, the Chicago Cubs. I didn’t get the chance last week to write about the World Series and the Cubs’ remarkable comeback from a 3-1 game deficit to end its 108-year championship drought. What can I say but perhaps this was the best Series I’ve ever had the pleasure to watch. Out of 112 World Series in the modern era, only 38 have gone seven games. The first team to blow a 3-1 lead, by the way, according to the Milwaukee Journal, was the 1958 Milwaukee Braves. Haven’t looked up to see how many other teams have been added to that beaten list, but now, Cleveland carries the mantle.
