Girls basketball never dull

The World of Sports

Last year, the Donna North girls basketball team could play with anyone on their schedule - when they could hold onto the ball. Twenty or more turnovers would honestly be a good showing - and yet, they hung in with most of their opponents.

A mixture of height, speed and 3-point shooting ability made them a threat to everyone. But once word leaked out that they couldn’t handle the press, teams literally had their way with the Chiefs.
