I spent some time this week reviewing election night 2016 on liberal television networks. One thing came through loud and clear. In the eyes of the pundits, uneducated white men formed the core of Trump’s supporters. Only twelve percent of blacks would vote Republican. Well-educated suburban women would turn out almost unanimously for Hillary. Those pundits, therefore, were shocked when Donald Trump won. One of them, in fact, called it the biggest political upset in the last hundred years.
