Some Thoughts on the Week

Rasmussen has completed a poll of likely U.S. voters about Robert Mueller’s investigation of Russian attempts to influence last year’s election. Some 33 percent are convinced that Mueller and company have a political agenda. Another 19 percent aren’t sure. In other words, 52 percent at least suspect that Mueller has the goal of nailing President Trump’s hide to the wall. That number is sure to rise as we see FBI agents and investigators trashing Trump in emails, contributing thousands of dollars to Democrats, killing the probe into Hillary Clinton’s activities, and accusing members of Trump’s campaign of wrongdoing.
