Conspiracy
For the last couple of days I’ve been watching conspiracy videos on You Tube. Denish D’Souza, J. Edgar Hoover, and Princess Diana all came under scrutiny as being either the object of a conspiracy or the creator of it, or both. The sad thing is that the allegations in each investigation can’t be summarily rejected as a figment of an overly vivid imagination.
D’Souza made an illegal $20,000 campaign contribution to a friend. The FBI then spent five times that amount prosecuting him for that contribution and sentenced him to eight months in prison for an offense that up until then was always limited to the imposition of a fine. D’Souza’s FBI file, however, highlighted the fact that he was a critic of the Obama administration and had made a movie critical of the President. He therefore came in for special treatment.
