Contrary to the sinister postings on social media – something odd about the death of Kenneth Fletcher because of his criticism of Pharr city politicians, etc.– his demise last month was officially ruled a natural death due to coronary disease, according to an autopsy performed Feb. 4 by Hidalgo County’s leading pathologist, Dr. Norma Jean Farley, M.D.
