MELINDA ANN GARZA

PHARR - Melinda Ann Garza, 41, died Thursday, August 16, 2018, in San Juan.
Born in McAllen, she had lived in Pharr all of her life and was a 1995 graduate of PSJA North High School. Melly wore her heart on her sleeve and will be missed by her family and friends.
Melinda is survived by two children, David Michael Garza of Norwalk, Iowa, Katherine (Sammy) Badillo of Pharr; a granddaughter, Aleeah M. Garza; her parents, Armando and Josie Garza of Pharr; three siblings, Saul Andres (Thelma) Garza of Austin, Edna Lee (Victor) Cruz of Alamo, and Michael (Belinda) Garza of Edinburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held from 4 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. memorial service Tuesday, August 21, 2018, at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. Private interment of cremated remains will take place at a later date.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
