SAN JUAN – Humberto Guajardo, 44, died Tuesday, August 26, 2014, at his residence in San Juan. Born in San Juan, he had lived there all of his life. He is preceded in death by a brother, Eulogio Guajardo III; paternal grandfather, Eulogio Guajardo, Sr.; and an aunt, Angie Kelso. Humberto is survived by his parents, Eulogio, Jr. and Olivia Guajardo of San Juan; a brother, Rodolfo (Letty) Guajardo of Pharr; paternal grandmother, Juanita Guajardo of San Juan; six aunts, Guadalupe (Ruben) Calderon, Maria Rodriguez, Janie (John) McCormic, Amalia (Mario) Mendoza, Celia Guajardo, Luisa (Benny) Ramos; and one uncle, Ricardo Guajardo. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, August 28, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Friday, August 29, 2014, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services are under the arrangements of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
